Empty Board

I was linked to this forum by another roleplayer, but I notice that the entire board seems... empty. As far as story scrolls go this is a minor issue, but the laws and rules section has no threads whatsoever!

I'm wondering if there's any particular reason for this, and I volunteer to start populating the more important empty boards. I may not be the most qualified, but I'm guessing the first rule is no sex, no flaming, no griefing...
